Coyoacán, Mexico City

Coyoacán is a municipality of Mexico City, a short journey south of the city’s main districts. It has a historic nature and resembles a more authentic culture than the highly-developed neighborhoods like Polanco or Roma.

Many buildings still have stone rings near the front doors, once used as lashing points for keeping horses in their parking spots. Coyoacán is its own delicate place, a small bubble both separate and part of a much larger one.
