Week in Review - January 19, 2025
To be honest, I don’t have the emotional energy to write much. The week has been good, filled with experiences and social outings. I’ll share photos from an art exhibit, but otherwise I’m drained and dreading tomorrow’s transition to a darker status quo.
Art Exhibit Photos
Perspectives from OPEN by Olafur Eliasson, a temporary exhibit at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA in Los Angeles. Works feature light, mirrors, and natural materials to invoke ideas about climate change and what we are to expect from the planet in the future.
Looking Forward
Next week is going to be rough. The worst president in history will be returning to office with senseless vengeance and authoritarian fantasies. It will be something to get through. Like every week.
And like every week, there will be highs and lows, a constant waveform. There will be moments of joy, and humor to be had when hardships pass. After all, life is too depressing to take seriously. :)
